Educational Papers Receiving Good Results
'Reading, teaching, researching and writing' are not only the basic ways of teachers' development, but also the inevitable path of teachers' growth. Thus, our school has steadily promoted teaching and research work, actively built a platform for teachers to learn and communicate, and urged them to refine teaching experience results in combination with teaching practice, which achieved the effects of boosting teaching by thinking, cultivating a group of teachers who are good at thinking and research. For instance, in the 2023 Education and Teaching Paper Competition in primary and secondary schools in Anqing City, fifty-one teachers of our school stood out and won great achievements!  
To begin with, in the just-concluded '2023 (including preschool education and vocational education) Education and Teaching Paper Selection Activity in elementary and secondary schools in Anqing City, Anqing Foreign Language School's teachers actively participated, of whom 51 teachers won grade awards, including 9 first prizes, 18 second prizes and 24 third prizes. 
Furthermore, as the saying goes, 'to achieve great things, we need to start with the basics.' As a matter of fact, each winning paper is full of teachers' love and thinking about education as well as their concern and exploration of students' development. Additionally, the educational wisdom hidden between the lines reflected teachers' unremitting efforts on the road of their professional development. Evidently, honor is both an encouragement and a spur, which means all teachers will continue to learn, think, practice, summarize and grow on the road of their professional growth.  
In conclusion, the construction of teachers is the key work in our school's education and teaching management. What's more, over the years, the school-based teaching and research, which takes the lesson preparation group and teaching and research group as positions, has continuously facilitated the professional growth of all teachers. For example, the mechanism of 'Blue Project', which takes 'follow-up of classroom teaching' as the carrier, constantly accelerates the rapid growth of young teachers. More remarkably, our school has established a team of teachers with excellent ethics, outstanding professional quality and perfect structure. Also, in the future, we will not forget the original intention. Instead, we shall forge ahead, and train more excellent teachers to serve the cause of education.
